The Delicious Benefits of Moksha Yoga

I absolutely LOVE Moksha hot yoga. I feel so good after each class I take - whether it be a  Power Flow class (my fave), Moksha Flow class, Hot Basic, Hot Mix, or Hot Yin class. Any and all yoga will be beneficial to you, and that includes Moksha. Here are some benefits of practicing Moksha Hot Yoga:
 -Helps you de-stress
-Weight loss
-Improving your immune system and cardiovascular abilities
-Feeling more energized
-Improve your life outside the yoga room - family relationships for example

I love Moksha too! I live about an hour and a half from the closest studio, so when I get to go it is such a treat!!!
